摘要
高校教师职称评审中的教学考核具有考核主体的多元性、形式的多层次性、方式的多样性和内容的多维性等特征,目前存在教学检查、听课、督导与考核相分离的问题,要设立教学管理活动的信息管理机构,搭建信息交流平台,明确其职能范围与职责,将职称评审时的教学考核、日常教学督导、常规性教学检查与随堂听课等有机结合起来,形成一体化教学考核体系,力求教学考核客观公正并促进教学质量的提高。
The teaching assessment for the review of teachers' professional titles is characteristics of multiple elements for the assessment subject,hierarchy in form,diversities in method,and multi-dimension in content.The problems exist in the separation of teaching inspection,lectures attending and teaching supervision from the teaching assessment.It is presently necessary to establish the information management institution for teaching activities as the information exchange platform that focuses at the responsibilities for the construction of teaching assessment integrated system in the combination of teaching assessment,daily teaching supervision,regular teaching inspection with lectures attending in class in order to make the teaching assessment objective for the promotion of teaching quality.
