摘要
[目的]探讨PBL教学法结合案例教学法对高职护生在外科护理临床见习中的应用。[方法]单纯随机抽样法抽取130名大专见习护生分别选入实验组(n=65)和对照组(n=65)。实验组实施PBL教学法和案例教学法相结合的教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授法,对出科考试成绩进行初步统计及比较。[结果]实验组护生考试分数比对照组护生高(t=5.528,P<0.05),两组间差异有统计学意义;两组均无"不及格"护生,实验组高分段(81分~90分和91分~100分)护生多于对照组,且大多数(81.54%)护生支持实行新教学方法,而对照组护生则对传统教授法持保留态度,绝大多数(49.23%)选择"说不清"。[结论]PBL教学法结合案例教学法在高职护生外科护理临床见习中的应用效果较传统教授法好。
Objective:To probe into the application of PBL teaching combined with case teaching method in clinical probation of surgical nursing for higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 130 nursing students were randomly divided into test group (n=65) and control group (n=65).Students in test group were adopted PBL teaching combining with case teaching method.Students of control group were accepted traditional teaching method.Then scores of examination of students before turning to other department were statistically compared.Results:The scores of test group students were higher than that of control group students (t=5.528,P0.05).There was statistical significant difference between the two groups.None failed to pass a course among all students.Students with high score section (81~90 and 91~100) of test group were more than that of control group.And 81.54% of test group students agreed with the new teaching method.However,49.23% of control group students thought the traditional teaching method was "hard to say".Conclusion:PBL teaching combined with case teaching method in application effect of clinical probation of surgical nursing for higher vocational nursing students is better than the traditional teaching method.
