河南省中小城市“城中村”中老年村民休闲问题探析

Probe into the Leisure Issues of the Middle-aged and the Elderly Villagers in the Urban Villages in Small and Medium-sized Cities of Henan Province

河南省中小城市"城中村"中老年村民休闲问题主要表现在三个方面,即基础设施普遍薄弱,休闲环境相对较差,村民休闲内容简单、单调以及休闲意识不够等。针对这些问题,有关方面应该从以下几个方面予以解决。首先,要将开展休闲文化活动的重要性提高到精神文明建设的高度;其次,要有意识地举办一些休闲文化知识讲座,积极引导村民转换思想观念;再次,促进"城中村"休闲文化的建设。

Abstract： The problem of leisure of the middle - aged and the elderly villagers in the ＂urban villages＂ in Henan Province is mainly reflected in three aspects： weak public infrastructure; poor leisure environment, simple and monotonous activities and their lack of the awareness of leisure. To solve these problems, first of all, we should promote the importance of leisure cultural activities to the level of spiritual civilization progress. Secondly, we should hold some lectures about leisure culture and activities to guide actively the villagers to convert their ideas. Finally, we should take practical and effective measures to promote the ＂Villages＂ leisure culture.
