摘要
汉代是我国玉器史上承前启后的重要时期。其时,用于丧葬的玉制品有了明显的发展。皇帝和高级贵族死后穿用的殓服,即玉衣,是颇具特色的汉代玉制品。玉衣之作,兴于东周,盛于两汉,衰于魏初。玉衣仿照人体形状而作,以便盛放死者。玉衣的使用,从不完备到逐渐完备,经历了较长时间,才最终形成制度。
The Han dynasty was an important transitional period in the history of jade. And the jade articles for funeral and burial had been obviously developed. The mourning clothes for the emperor and those high nobles, or jade-clothes was a special jade articles in Han dynasty. The making of Jade-clothes started in eastern Zhou dynasty, became popular in the Han dynasties and declined in the first stage of Wei. The jade-clothes was made according to personal shape for better placing the dead. The use of jade-clothes experienced a longer time from imperfection to perfection and finally formed a kind of system.
