摘要
针对传统产品报价对未知产品模块成本估算十分困难的问题,提出了基于虚拟配置的产品组件成本估算方法。首先,提出了虚拟组件的概念,在虚拟配置中将需求产品划分为可配置的标准部件和无法配置的虚拟组件,产品组件成本估算的关键在于虚拟组件成本的估算;其次,对虚拟组件进行了结构和编码的重新设计,生成组件的虚拟物料,利用工艺模板进行工艺创成,生成虚拟物料的加工工艺卡,实现了工艺知识的同步更新;最后,根据工艺卡计算虚拟组件成本,最终确定产品总的组件成本,为产品报价提供可靠依据。该方法已经在电梯产品的报价系统中得到了实际应用,有效地提高了报价的准确性。
In view of difficulties in traditional quotation methods on cost estimation for unknown modules,method of cost estimation for product components based on Virtual Configuration(VC)was put forward.Based on the defining concept of Virtual Subassembly(VS),product in VC was divided into configurable components and non-configurable components called VS.Cost estimation for product components mainly lied in the cost estimation of VS.Then,virtual items were generated through re-designing the structure and coding of VS,and process knowledge update simultaneously when process cards were generated through process-generating by process template.Finally,the cost of VS was calculated according to new-driven process cards,and reliable basis for product quotation was provided by calculating the total cost of product components.As a result,this method was applied in the quotation system of elevator,and the accuracy of product quotation was improved remarkably.
