摘要
顾客基本需求的确定是产品设计者和决策者关注的重要问题之一。鉴于顾客评价中存在大量的不确定、不一致和偏好关系等信息特征,提出了一种基于优势粗糙集的产品规划质量屋顾客基本需求选项提取的方法。利用对经典粗糙集理论的扩展,以优势关系代替不可分辨关系,通过构造辨识阵进行信息约简消除冗余,借助于概率规则的集成,可以较准确地挖掘和辨析信息系统中属性与顾客基本需求选项之间的内在关系。最后运用实例表明该方法的可行性,获取的基本需求选项更符合实际。
How to determine basic customers'requirements was important problem for both product designers and the decision makers.Due to the fact that there were lot of information properties such as uncertain,inconsistent and preference relationship existed in customer assessment,a method to extract the basic customer requirements based on dominance rough set theory in the product planning House of Quality(HoQ)was proposed.By extending traditional rough set theory,the indiscernibility relationship was replaced by dominance relationship.The corresponding discernibility matrix was set up to reduce the redundant information.Through integration of probability rules,internal relationship between the preference attributes and the basic customer requirements could be mined and differentiated accurately.Finally an example was used to demnonstrate the feasibility of the method,and the basic requirements options were more reasonable.
