摘要 为了在产品全生命周期管理过程中提供知识的表达,实现跨部门的产品语义信息沟通,从产品信息的本体表达出发,讨论了制造过程中面向语义信息协作的本体映射方法,定义了查找本体映射关系的相似性规则,并采用决策树模型优化本体映射过程。半自动本体映射方法能够减少用户参与的工作量,实现跨部门的信息协作。最后,通过某钢铁厂用户检索产品设计信息的实例,验证了基于本体映射的产品信息协作的研究。 In order to provide knowledge expression in the product lifecycle management process so as to realize product semantic information communications cross departments,starting from ontology expression of product information,the ontology mapping method oriented to semantic information collaboration in the manufacturing process was discussed.Similarity rules for finding ontology mapping relationship amongst enterprise sectors were defined.And decision making tree model was adopted to optimize ontology mapping process.The semi-automatic approach of finding ontology mappings could reduce user manual work in the process of information collaboration.Finally a case of retrieving designing information by users was used to validate the research issues hereof.
