语言能力是高校毕业生必备的一项职业核心竞争力。高校毕业生汉语能力的高低关系到他能否顺利就业、创业及在事业上的发展和成功。由于受我国应试教育和高等教育传统模式的影响,学生大多重"文"轻"语",对母语的学习态度冷漠,汉语表达能力普遍存在缺陷与不足,这无疑削弱了高等院校毕业生的就业竞争力。要贯彻素质教育,就必须重视大学生语言表达能力的培养,以提高其在就业竞争中的胜出率。

As a result, their ability of Chinese language expression is inadequate and incompetent, which undoubtedly weakens their employment competence. To implement quality education, we must pay attention to cultivating students＇ language ability, so as to raise their chances to win the competition in the job market.
