摘要
针对目前集成密度极高的数字电路存在的问题,设计了一种CMOS动态智能温度传感器,可用于平衡芯片上热斑的分布,以满足芯片上动态热管理的需要,减少电流密度和功耗的增加。
According to the present problems existing in digital circuits of extremely high integration density, this article designs a CMOS dynamic smart temperature sensor, which can be used to balance the distribution of hot spotson chips to meet the need of dynamic thermal management and reduce current density and power consumption.
