发酵工程是微生物工程、生物制药、生物工程和生物技术等专业的主干必修课程。为提高学生的综合素质与动手能力,达到提高教学质量的目的,对发酵工程教学内容、教学方法与手段、考核方式以及实验教学等方面的改革进行了一些探索。

FFerment engineering is an important specialty curriculum of microbe engineering, biology pharmacy, biology engineering and biotechnology. In order to improve the comprehensive quality and the practical ability of the students, and improve teaching quality, some exploration has been carried out on the teaching reform, especially in the aspects of teaching content, teaching method, examining mode and practice teaching.
