摘要 为了解决深部矿井围岩、巷道空气温度过高,影响了围岩的力学性质、矿井生产安全和地热资源利用三方面问题。采用在巷道内设蒸发器(装有制冷剂的管组)释放冷量降低环境温度,工质蒸发吸收热量;在地面设压缩机、冷凝器和换热器,气态工质经压缩后在冷凝器内释放热量,一次从井下提取热量的深井降温系统;达到既改善工作环境,降低巷道内环境温度,又将置换出的热量用于地面供热及生活用水的方法。该系统的研究对深井降温与地热资源利用有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 In order to solve the problem that the over high atmosphere temperature in the deep mine surrounding rock and the roadway affects the mechanical property of surrounding rocks,the coal mine production safety and the geothermal resource utilization,the paper proposes setting evaporators(the pipes with refrigerant) in the roadway to release cold energy and drop the ambient temperature.Evaporated refrigerant absorbs heat and setting compressors,condensers and heat exchangers on the ground.The compressed gaseous refrigerant releases heat and extracts heat from the deep mine cooling system.The method can not only improves the ambient environment and reduce the roadway temperature,but also can make use of the replaced heat for ground heating and living water.This researched system has certain reference value and guiding significance for the deep mine cooling and geothermal resource utilizations.
