Common problems and solutions in concrete pile foundation

为了解决桩基施工过程中出现的一些质量通病,结合内蒙古京泰电厂原煤仓桩基施工过程中遇到的问题,采用现场统计和理论分析的方法,提出混凝土灌注桩几种常见质量通病的防治及处理措施。结果表明:通过现场控制和理论指导可以有效的减少施工过程中出现的质量问题,该成果为以后同类工程的施工提供有力的技术指导和质量保障。

To solve some quality problems in the construction of the pile foundation,combined with some problems in the construction of Jingtai Power Plant in Inner Mongolia,with on-site investigation and analysis method,some common quality problems and treatments about concrete pile foundation are putforward.The results show that through control and theoretical guidance those quality problems can be effectively reduced.The results can provide strong technical support for the similar projects in the future.
