摘要
基于高压CMOS工艺设计了一种带有线性补偿的过流保护(OCP)电路,通过对系统输出功率的分析,得出对过流保护点的线性补偿的必要性,并给出具体电路的设计及原理分析,仿真结果表明:该电路可以根据系统的要求,对过流保护点进行很好线性调节。
Based on HV CMOS technology,an over current protection circuit with linear compensation is designed.The over current protection linear compensation necessity is obtained through the analysis of the system output power.The circuit’s design and the principle analysis are presented.The simulation results show that the over current protection spot can be adjusted linearly well according to request of the system.
