摘要
针对40 t.m液气锤在无操作情况下自动落锤的问题,介绍了单杆、排油打液气锤及其控制阀的工作原理,分析了该液气锤发生故障的主要原因和设计结构上的不足,并就这些缺陷,对机械密封和液压回路提出改进措施。同时提出了整个设备的改造设计方案,经多次方案论证,该方案具有切实操作性。
In view of the problem of automatic fall of 40 t ? m liquid hydro pneumatic hammer in the absence of operation a single-pole hydro pneumatic hammer to fight liquid air hammer and the working principle of the control value are introduced.The major reasons of the hammer’s failure and the shortcomings of the designing principle and structure of the hammer are analyzed.For these defects,some measures for improvement of mechanical seals and hydraulic circuits are proposed.At the same time,the method of improving design for the whole equipment is given.The scheme has practicality.
