Probing into grinding abrasion mechanism in low frequency vibration

摘要 为了解决动载作用下磨料磨损机理问题,采用实验方法,在自制的振动磨料磨损试验机上,通过低频振动对A3钢磨料磨损,并对其侧面和底面进行磨损形貌分析。结果表明:动载作用下磨损机理主要有两种:切削犁沟和塑性推挤变形。研究结果对于减磨减振,改善磨料磨损工作条件和提高零件寿命提供理论指导。 In order to solve the grinding abrasion mechanism under the moving load,with experimental methode the metal steel A3 is attrited in the grinding compound in low frequency vibration by self-made vibration grinding abrasion testing machine.And the attrition appearance analysis is made of its side and the bottom surface.The result indicates that there are two kinds of abrasion mechanisms under the moving load function: the furrow and the plasticity jostle deformation mainly.It provides the theory guidance for the anti-vibration anti-attrition and the improvement of grinding abrasion's working condition and enhancing the components life.
