阜新市细河景观体系规划探讨

Study on scenery system plan of Xiriver in Fuxin

为了美化城市清洁环境,对阜新细河两岸生态景观规划体系和方案进行了分析和研究。从人文、生态、经济、环境治理和城市景观等方面分析了细河两岸景观体系规划的思路和方案,总体布局体现阜新城市特色,规划目标是"水清岸绿,城水融谐";规划原则是以人为本,体现生物多样性,因地制宜和可持续发展。以绿色的自然空间作为细河水岸的定位,进行阜新细河景观带规划和设计。该规划设计思想和原则对城市滨水景观建设有一定的参考价值。

In order to beautify city clean environment,the ecological scenery plan system and program of both bank of Xiriver are analyzed.Form the respects such as humanity,ecology,economy,environment control and city view and so on,thinking and program of scenery system plant on Xiriver’s both banks are analyzed.Overall arrangement incarnates the feature of Fuxin city and objective –‘clear water green shore,the city and water in harmony’.The principle is people—oriented,incarnating biodiversity and sustainable development.With green nature space bank as the orientation of Xiriver’s,the plan and design for Xiriver’s scenery zone are made.This design idea and the principle have reference value for scenery development for the waterside city.
