摘要
为了解决拾音传感器探头高灵敏度、低噪音问题,采用一种由AD624和LM324相互结合方法,研究了一种体积小、结构简单、电声性能好的拾音传感器探头。研究结果表明:由于AD624是高精密、低噪声的仪器放大器,具有差动输入模式,而且放大倍数可调,探头的灵敏度可以根据需要调整;LM324是四运放集成电路,具有有相位补偿电路,用LM324的一个放大器构成电压比较器,调整R12即可调整脉冲输出的起限值,达到按设定要求输出的目的。这种探头是由以上三种主要元件构成,外围元件少。具有信号转换能力强,快速、输出电压高,信号稳定的特点。
In order to make for high sensitivity and low noise of detector of pickup sensor,we use the method of mixing up AD624 and LM324;we also research a kind of pickup sensor detector which has small volume and sample structure and good electroacoustic performance.The result of the research shows that the AD624 is a kind of instrumentation amplifier which is of high precision and low noise,it also has difference input pattern,and it’s magnification times can be adjusted,so the sensitivity of detector can also be adjusted according to any requirement;LM324 is the Quad op amp integrated circuit,which has phase compensating circuit.If we construct a voltage comparator through an amplifier of LM324,we can adjust the beginning limit of pulse output by regulating R12,so we can realize the idea of putting anything out according to requirement.Three kinds of main elements make up this kind of detector,in which there is hardly any peripheral organ.So its ability of converting signal is strong.It is fast,its output voltage is high and signal is stable.
