摘要
针对目前高等学校学校教学质量存在的问题,借鉴现代企业质量管理经验提出全程性教学质量管理模式,提出多渠道开展全程性教学质量管理方法,建立以全员参与、全程监控、全面思考的理念,及时发现教师在日常教学活动中的不足,提高教师的教学水平,最大限度地提高教学质量。该观点对高等学校建立教学质量监控体系,保证人才培养的质量大有裨益。
in view of the existing problem in teaching quality in higher education,learning from the experience of modern enterprise quality management the article,puts forward a teaching quality management mode,in the whole process and put forward a teaching quality management method with muti-channels,with the the idea based on full participation,full process supervision and,comprehensive thinking.Teachers’ flaws in daily teaching activities shoald be foundout timely,and the teaching level raised and teaching quality improved.The view is of greatvalue for establishing the higher education qualitysupervisory system and ensuring the quality talents cultivation.
