假性动脉瘤彩超诊断及临床价值

Diagnosis and Clinical Value of Color Ultrasound for Pseudoaneurysm

目的:探讨假性动脉瘤的彩色多普勒超声(彩超)表现及其临床应用价值。方法:应用彩超对20例患者假性动脉瘤的大小、内部回声、血流信号情况和血流频谱特征等进行观察、总结分析。结果:本组病例彩超定性诊断准确率为100%。瘤颈部或破裂口处"双期双向"血流频谱显示率100%,为假性动脉瘤特征性表现,破裂口处收缩期及舒张期往返血流信号显示率100%对本病诊断亦有特征性,本组病例皆显示来源动脉及破裂口,瘤腔内见涡流,8例见瘤内附壁血栓。结论:彩超诊断假性动脉瘤准确率高,目前已成为临床诊断假性动脉瘤的首选影像学检查方法,同时超声引导压迫修复(UGCR)为临床非介入性治疗医源性假性动脉瘤提供了简单、安全、经济、有效的方法。

Objective：To approach the manifest and clinical application value of color ultrasound for pseudoaneurysm.Method：The pseudoaneurysm’s size,internal echo,blood flow signal,blood flow spectra feature of 20 cases were observed and analyzed by color ultrasound.Result：The accuracy rate of qualitative diagnosis was 100% in these cases.The display rate of double phase and bilateral blood flow spectra was 100% in tumor’s cervical part or rupture part.It’s the characteristic appearance of Pseudoaneurysm.It also has characteristic for this disease’s diagnosis that the display rate of to and fro blood flow signal was 100% in rupture parts.The source artery and rupture were displayed in these cases.The eddied flow could be seen in the tumors.Parietalthrombuses in the tumors were found in 8 cases.Conclusion：The accuracy rate of color ultrasound is high for Pseudoaneurysm’s diagnosis,and it has been the preferred iconography check method for Pseudoaneurysm’s clinical diagnosis at present.The UGCR can offer simple,safe,cheap and effective methods for iatrogenic Pseudoaneurysm’s non-invasi treatment.
