口腔行为学在老年口腔修复中的应用调查

Oral Behavior in the Application of Prosthodontics Among the Elderly Patients

目的:了解口腔行为学应用于老年口腔修复中的效果。方法:采用自制式问卷对2008年7月至2009年7月我院口腔科门诊的老年患者进行调查,然后给予心理干预和沟通。结果:110例病例纳入本次研究范围,其中以焦虑情绪为主的有67人,以抑郁情绪为主的有43人,女性的量表得分高于男性(P<0.05)。两组心理干预后量表的各因子得分及总分均低于干预前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。此外,复诊率达93.6%,患者满意度达100%。结论:口腔行为学应用于老年口腔修复后,患者就诊心理状态明显优于干预前,复诊率和患者满意度也达到了一定高的比例,有利于老年口腔修复工作的开展,同时也在一定程度上提高了老年人的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of oral behavior applies to the prosthodontics of elderly patients.Method：The elderly patients from January to July of 2009 in stomatological department were surveyed by the self-administered questionnaires.According to the survey results,we have to intervene for patients.Result：Finally 110 cases included in the scope of this study.With anxiety-based,67 people,mainly in order to depression,43 persons,and scores for females than males（P0.05）.The two groups scale total score and each factor score were lower than before the intervention,the difference was significant （P 0.05）.Besides,the referral rate amount to 93.6%,and patient satisfaction amounts to 100%.Conclusion：Because oral behavior applied to the prosthodontics of elderly patients,the psychological status of patients with treatment is better than intervention in the former,referral rates and patient satisfaction has reached a certain high proportion,and is conducive to carrying out the work of prosthodontics.At the same time,improves the quality of life of older persons.
