非同质子系统相对有效性评价及其资源配置

Evaluation of Relative Efficiency of Non-homogeneous Subsystems and Its Resource Allocation

摘要 依据非同质子系统特点,建立DEA模型,分析它们在各自行业的相对效率和大系统内的相对效率,据此评价各子系统的效率以及大系统的总体效率。在此基础上,建立扩展DEA模型,以大系统总体效率最大化为目标,实现各子系统间的合理资源配置。该方法不仅真实评价了非同质子系统间的相对效率,而且为其效率改进提供了更准确的信息。 According to characteristics of non-homogeneous subsystems,this paper builds DEA model and analyzes its relative efficiency in respective industries and whole system to evaluate efficiency of subsystems and the whole system.Aiming at maximizing whole efficiency,it sets up extended DEA model to allocate resource reasonably.This method evaluates relevant efficiency between non-homogeneous subsystems and provides exact information for improving efficiency.
