基于MATLAB的全封闭涡旋压缩机性能的仿真 被引量:4

摘要 从空调企业对压缩机仿真性能需求的实际出发,采用美国空调与制冷协会标准ANSI/ARI 540提供的"三次方十系数"方法对某品牌的定转速涡旋压缩机进行了性能参数的仿真模型建立,同时对压缩机质量流量和输入功率进行了吸气过热度的修正。在制冷剂物性计算方面本文采用了NIST Refprop7.0物性计算软件,通过Refprop在Matlab仿真程序中的调用顺利实现热物性与传输特性计算。该压缩机仿真模型精度较高且调用方便,为制冷系统仿真奠定了基础。 Taking into account the air-conditioning manufacturers' actual demands,according to the ANSI/ARI Standard 540's the standard 3rd order polynomial with ten coefficients,a fixed rotate speed scroll compressor's performance parameter simulation model is built about some brand,and some approach is used to correct the refrigerant mass and power input on account of the variations of superheat.NIST Refprop7.0 is used to calculate the refrigerant properties,and the calculation of refrigerant's thermodynamic and transfer properties is achieved by calling back the Refprop on Matlab Platform.The compressor simulation model has higher accuracy and is easy to callback and to lay the foundation for refrigeration system simulation.
