摘要
基于欧拉双流体和颗粒动理学理论,对一种圆柱气固喷射器里的两相流流动做了数值模拟。结果表明,喷射器开始工作时会有一股浓度较大的颗粒流脉动。在喷射器进入稳定工作状态后,可以发现一开始管底浓度较大,但是沿轴向方向浓度有所下降,同时在径向均匀分布开。另外,还和一种矩形喷射器的仿真结果做了对比,证明在防止颗粒聚集方面的性能,圆柱喷射器是优于矩形喷射器的。
A numerical simulation of the gas-solid phase flow in a cylindrical injector has been performed based on eulerian two-fluid model and kinetic theory of granular flow.Some conclusions can be obtained as follows.Firstly,at the beginning,there is a flow pulsation of solid paricles.Secondly,after the injector going into the stability condition,the volume fraction of solid particles is high at the enreance of the injector and it reduces gradually along the axial derection.At the same time,the solid particles spead to the radial derection.Lastly,a comparison between a rectangular injector and a cylindrical injector has been made.It is found that solid particles are easy to cumulate in a rectangular injector and they hardly cumulate in a cylindrical injector.
