摘要
吸收式机组以水和溴化锂作为工质可以有效利用低势热能而节约高品位的电能,已经逐渐成为一项重要的节能技术。吸收器的传热传质好坏对吸收式机组的总体性能有重要的影响,而传热传质的效果主要受传热管表面的液体降膜好坏影响。液体分布器是实现吸收器内液体降膜的主要部件。本文对一种垂直降膜吸收器的液体分布器进行了实验研究。对16和28的光管与强化换热管表面进行了降膜实验。所研制出的液体分布器系列产品已经成功应用于垂直降膜式吸收式机组。
There are lots of waste heat can be recycled.Absorption chiller has become an important building energy-saving technology due to its effective utilization of low-grade heat energy and electrical energy saving.The heat and mass transfer coefficients will affect the total performance of absorption chillers obviously,which is affected by falling film inevitably.Liquid distributor is a vital device in the absorption chiller.Experimental research is done on the vertical falling film distributor.A kind of liquid distributor has been manufactured and experimental study on liquid falling film outside vertical tube was made by using Φ16 and Φ28 copper pipes.Series of this liquid distributor have been successfully applied in the absorption chillers.
