摘要
文章采用文献分析和深度访谈的方法阐释了我国卫生服务连续性的运行机制需要"四体联动",即政府充分重视与合理布局卫生资源、建立以社区为基础的生命全周期服务平台、建立政府支撑下以契约或协议为载体的医院社区联动机制和建立区域卫生信息共享机制。
Literature review and depth interviews are taken to explain that the continuity operational mechanism of health services in china needs four joints,which are the importance attached by government and the rational distribution of health resources,the estab-lishment of a stage based on community health service for a full cycle of life,the joint-action mechanism between community and hospital,and the establishment of mechanism of sharing regional health information.
