浙江省三县农村居民门诊费用及影响因素分析

Analysis of Outpatient Expenditure and the Influencing Factors of Rural Residents in three Counties in Zhejiang

目的:了解浙江省农村居民门诊费用水平及其影响因素,为减轻农村患者医药费用负担提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样调查的方法,对在县、乡、村医疗机构就医的3342例门诊患者进行现场问卷调查。结果:人均门诊费用为67元,其中药费为45元,门诊费用的主要影响因素为年龄、费用支付方式和就诊机构等。结论:药费占门诊费用的比例过高,应重视农村卫生适宜技术推广应用工作,同时进一步完善我国基本医疗保障制度。

Objective：To understand the level and influencing factors of outpatient expenditure of rural residents in Zhejiang. To provide reference for lightening the burden of medical expenses of rural residents. Methods：Conducted spot field investigation on 3342 outpatients of rural three-tiered health service network with stratified cluster sampling. Results：The average outpatient expenditure is 67.00 Yuan,among which the drug cost is 45.00 Yuan. Age,residence,payment mode,medical institutions,clinical department are the main influencing factors of the main influencing factors of outpatient expenditure. Conclusion：Drug cost in outpatient expendi-ture is too high. More attention should be paid to the popularization and application work of appropriate technologies for rural health. Meanwhile,appropriate measures must be taken to perfect basic medical insurance system.
