摘要
由某公司建造的国内首台超大型管壳式换热器(E-6111型)已经通过最终检查和验收,在该项目的研制过程中出现了许多技术难题,对该设备的结构特点、设计规范、材料要求、设备制造和检验等环节存在的技术难点进行了深入分析,并提出了有效的解决方案,从而为超大型换热器实现国产化提供了经验。
The first extra-large shell and tube heat exchanger E-6111 which was manufactured in China,has passed the final inspection and acceptance.There were many technical problems during the research and manufacture phase.This article analyzes the structural characteristics of the equipment,design specifications,material requirements,the existence of technical difficulties such as equipment manufacturing and testing.Also,the text puts forward some effective solutions so as to provide valuable advice for the large heat exchanger to achieve localization.
