摘要
分析了奥氏体不锈钢复合板制洗涤塔水压试验过程发生点状腐蚀的原因,并对设备制造过程可能引起腐蚀的工序进行了模拟试验。结果表明:除水压试验用水中氯离子含量超标、水渍未清除干净外,材料的供货状态、料场存放环境、酸洗钝化工艺等都对奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀有一定影响。
This thesis analyses the pitting corrosion of austenitic stainless clad plate wash tower occurring in the process of hydrostatic testing,and perform a simulation test on the workflow which may cause corrosions during manufacturing.Test results show that:In addition to hydrostatic testing water for chloride ion content exceeding,and some water stain left,the materials supply status,ground storage environment,pickling passivation process and etc,can in a certain extent do effects on corrosion of austenitic.
