摘要
研究了X60,X70和X80管线钢JCOE工艺制管前后冲击韧性、硬度及拉伸性能的变化,分析了试样加工形式、显微组织及厚径比对拉伸性能的影响。研究发现,不同钢级管线钢JCOE制管后冲击韧性均有变化,但绝大多数呈下降趋势;JCOE工艺过程产生较大的加工硬化;对于X80钢试样展平带来的包辛格效应导致屈服强度下降约44 MPa;具有屈服平台的铁素体-珠光体管线钢较针状铁素体管线钢包辛格效应更大;不同显微组织钢板JCOE制管后伸长率均下降;厚径比越大,屈服强度上升越大。
The variations of impact toughness,hardness and tensile properties of X60,X70 and X80 pipeline steel before and after JCOE process are studied,and the influences of sample machining type,microstructures,and t/D ratio to tensile properties are analyzed.The research result shows that impact toughness of different grade pipeline steel all have changed,but for the most part,impact toughness decreases after JCOE process;great hard-working is brought during JCOE process;with regard to X80 pipeline steel,the yield strength loss caused by Bauschinger effect in sample flattening is about 44 MPa,and Bauschinger effect of ferrite-pearlite pipeline steel with yield plateau is bigger than that of acicular ferrite pipeline steel.Elongations of pipeline steel with different microstructure all decrease after JCOE process.The more the t/D ratio is,the greater the yield strength increases.
