摘要
目的:评价锚定法中不同植钉方法的拔出力及拔出强度。方法:选取3具新鲜羊颈椎标本(C3~C7,应用侧块螺钉Roy--Camille法,Magerl法,自设计螺钉植入法,选取直径3.5mm,长度10mm的皮质骨螺钉,打通单层皮质,拔出角度与冠状面成40。,测试其最大拔出力,拔出强度。结果:Magerl法的最大拔出力大于Roy--Camille法,二者有显著差别。二者在拔出强度方面无显著差别,自设计法较Roy-Camille法与Magerl法在最大拔出力及拔出强度方面均有显著增加。结论:自设计螺钉植入法抗拔出能力高且更安全。
Objective: To evaluate the pull--out strength in open door laminoplasty by using anchoring method of different screw implant techniques. Methods:Three fresh sheep cervical spine samples (C3-C7) were implanted with screws by using lateral mass screw Roy- Camille technique, Magerl technique and self--de- sighed new technique. The maximum pull--out strength and force were tested. Results:The maximum pull- out strength and force of the Margel technique were larger than those of the Roy--Camille technique and those of the self--designed new technique showed the largest. Conclusion:The pull--out strength and force of the self --designed new technique are larger than those of the traditional techniques, and the new technique was much safer.
