电切镜联合输尿管镜在输尿管末端结石的应用

Simultaneous cystoscopy and ureteroscopy for distal ureter calculi

目的：探讨联合应用电切镜和输尿管镜治疗输尿管末端结石的可行性。方法：经尿道途径应用电切镜切开输尿管口，再使用输尿管镜碎石取石治疗输尿管末端结石26例。结果：26例患者均一次处理结石解除梗阻，22例获随访1～24个月，平均6个月，1例发生膀胱输尿管返流，无输尿管口狭窄发生。结论：联合应用电切镜扣输尿管镜治疗输尿管末端结石创伤小，效果确切，简单易行。

Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of ment of distal ureter calculi. Methods.The clinical data simultaneous cystoscopy and ureteroscopy for the treat- of 26 patients with distal ureter calculi treated simultaneous by cystoscopy ureter meatotomy and ureteroscopy were reviewed. Results：The problems of calculi and obstruction were solved in all the 26 patients with no recurrence of stenosis, 22 patients were followed up for 1-- 24 months （mean 6 months）, and vesicoureteral reflux was observed in one patient. Conclusion： The simultaneous application of cystoscopy and ureterscopy for distal ureter calculi is safe and effective.
