摘要
目的:探讨血浆白介素-18(IL-18)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)同动脉硬化闭塞症的关系。方法:选择80例动脉硬化闭塞症(atherosclerosis obliterans,ASO)患者,利用ELISA法检测ASO治疗前后IL-18、MCP-1血浆水平。结果:ASO患者均存在高IL-18和高MCP-1血症,且与ASO严重程度密切相关;结果同时表明ASO有效治疗后血浆IL-18、MCP-1基本恢复正常。结论:IL-18、MCP-1同ASO的发生、发展密切相关,动态观察IL-18、MCP-1有助于判断治疗效果及有助于探讨ASO的治疗机制。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between atheroselerosis obliterans and IL-18 and MCP-1. Methods：The plasma IL-18 and MCP-1 levels were detected by ELISA in 80 cases of atherosclerosis obliterans before and after treatment. Results： The patients with atheroselerosis obliterans showed higher plasma IL--18 and MCP--1 levels, which was closely correlated with the severity of atherosclerosis obliterans. Conclusion： It is helpful to investigate the pathogenetic mechanism of atherosclerosis obliterans and to judge the therapeutic effectiveness of the disease by determining IL-18 and MCP-1.
