稳心颗粒对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛者Q-T离散度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察稳心颗粒对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者Q-T离散度(QTd)的影响,探讨该药抗心律失常的机制。方法对100例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(A组)50例和对照组(B组)50例。两组给予相同的常规治疗,A组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒9克/次,3次/d口服。观察A、B两组治疗前后QTd及校正后Q-T间期(QTcd)的变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后QTd、QTcd均显著缩小,A组QTd、QTcd分别为(41.4±19.4)m s和(37.2±15.4)m s;B组分别为(48.6±17.8)m s和(42.3±16.3)m s,与本组治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组缩小幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒可有效缩小QTD和QTcd,这可能是该药防治室性心律失常的作用机制。
