健脑益智颗粒剂的提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用L9(34)正交设计,以何首乌中的2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-o-β-D葡萄糖甙含量为指标进行评分,优化健脑益智颗粒剂的提取工艺,结果表明:最佳提取条件为药料粉碎成黄豆粒大,75%乙醇回流2次,第1次10倍量回流2h,第2次8倍量回流1h。 A study of the extraction process in preparing Jiannao Yizhi granule was carried out by orthogonal experimental design.The content of 2,3,5,4′ tetra hydroxystilben 2 o β D glucoside and extraction rate were used as endpoints.The result showed that the best extraction process was as follower:Smash the crude drugs as big as soybean;reflux with 75% alcohol for 2 times:for the first time,10 times alcohol was used for 2hr;the second time,8 times alcohol used for 1hr,while for the extraction of volatile oil,7 times water was used for 12hr.
