摘要
为了提高某型应答机自动测试效率,降低开发成本,提出一种基于显示控制模块OP7200的应答机自动测试系统。介绍了应答机自动测试系统的总体设计思路,详细分析了电源模块、电压电流检测模块、OP7200接口模块、通信模块等多个模块的设计,同时分析了OP7200在开发环境Dynamic C中的软件设计流程。结果表明,与由工控机和分离模块组成的传统测试系统相比,新方案简化了系统整体软硬件设计,节约40%的开发成本,同时提高大约35%的开发效率。该系统已交付用户使用,性能可靠,使用方便,有效地提高了应答机的维修保障能力。
In order to improve the testing efficiency and reduce the design cost of the certain type transponder automated testing system,a new utomatic testing system based ondisplay control module OP7200 was present.The overall design method was introduced,and the hardware design was analyzed for power supply module,voltage-current detection module,OP7200 interface module,communication module,and so on.And analysis software design flow of OP7200 in environmental development Dynamic C.The results show that compare the new system with tradition testing system of manual control and abruption module,the new system saved the development cost about 40%,and improved the design efficiency about 35%.The application of the system indicates that it had good reliable performance and could be easily used so that the capability of transponder maintenance support was improved.
