蚤莲合剂对大鼠肝癌前病变的影响

Influence of Zhaolian Mixture on Liver Precancerous Lesion Induced by Diethylnitrosamine in Rats

采用二乙基亚硝胺（ｄｉｅｔｈｙｌｎｉｔｒｏｓａｍｉｎｅＤＥＮ）诱癌观察蚤莲合剂对大鼠肝癌前病变的影响，结果蚤莲合剂能明显保护大鼠肝脏功能，降低大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶（ａｌｋａｌｉｎｅｐｈｏｓｐｈａｔａｓｅＡＫＰ）和肝组织匀浆γ－谷氨酰转肽酶（γ－ｇｌｕｔａｍｙｌｔｒａｎｓｐｅｐｔｉｄａｓｅγ－ＧＴ）的水平，降低血清肿瘤坏死因子（ｔｕｍｏｒｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓｆａｃｔｏｒ－αＴＮＦ－α）的水平。

In order to investigate the effects of Zhaolian Mixture on anti tumor promotion,we studied its influence on liver pecancerous lesion in rats induced by DEN.Results:(1) Liver function of rats was protected;(2)The levels of serum Alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and γ glutamyltranspeptidase(γ GT) were decreased in liver tissue;(3)The level of tumor necrosisfactor α(TNF α)in serum was also lowered; (4)There was significant difference in the number of positive cells between 4 groups with immunohistochemical method.
