朝核危机背后的东北亚安全困境与区域安全机制的建构

The security dilemma of Northeast Asia reflected by Korean Nuclear Crisis and the construction of regional security regime

近些年来,朝核危机的发生使得该地区的安全局势与稳定性变得更加的脆弱,冷战期间形成的安全困境在该地区仍旧无法消除。目前六方会谈被认为是解决朝核问题的最有效率的手段,但从今年朝核问题的再度爆发以及朝鲜退出六方会谈来看,六方会谈等多边机制在解决安全困境的问题上仍然存在着很大的缺陷。本文将从朝核危机来分析该地区安全机制缺失的原因及表现,以及安全机制建立的条件与可能。

In recent years,the security situation in this region becomes more unstable because of Korean Nuclear Crisis.The security dilemma formed during Cold War is still unable to be eliminated.Currently,Six-party talks is considered as an efficient way to solve the problem.However,the recurrence of Korean Nuclear Issue this year and the quit of DPRK have revealed the defects of Six-party talks.This paper analyzes the root of the security dilemma in this region and tries to find the solutions in view of regional security regime.
