完善农村纠纷多元解决机制,是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。我国农村纠纷多元解决机制的完善应当着眼于中国乡村实际,构建一个以当事人为主体的协商和解、人民调解委员会为主体的民间调解、乡镇司法所为主体的行政处理、仲裁机构为主体的仲裁裁决及人民法院为主体的司法判决互为补充、良性互动的农村纠纷多元解决机制,更好地化解农村社会矛盾,维护农村社会稳定,推动社会主义新农村社会建设。

It is an important part of new socialist countryside construction to improve multi-resolution mechanism for rural disputes.The improvement of multi-resolution mechanism in our country should focus on the reality of rural conditions and establish positive interaction of multiple dispute resolution mechanisms in rural areas that takes parties as the negotiation subject,people＇s mediation committee as civil settlement subject,town jurisdiction as administrative settlement,arbitration institutions as arbitration subject and people courts as judicial subjects,so that it can solve rural social conflicts,keep stability and push forward the new socialism rural construction.
