摘要
应用中药血清药理学研究方法，观察了当归补血汤抗自由基作用。量效关系研究表明，当归补血汤含药血清抗自由基作用呈现一定的量效相关；通过时效关系研究，测定了当归补血汤含药血清抗自由基的有关药效动力学参数。
Using a method of serum pharmacology,anti free radical effect of Dangguibuxue decoction(DGBXD)was studied in rats.The results showed that the drug contained serum had dose dependent relationship in anti free radical effect after oral administration of DGBXD and the parameters on pharmacodynamics of the serum were detected by studing of the time effect relationship.
