摘要
时下,正值我国向社会各个阶层征询关于《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》有关意见的第二轮高峰,如何看待这份将指导中国教育未来10年走向的纲领性文件,成为如今不可回避的热点话题。日本刚刚在2008年颁布了类似的纲领性文件——《教育振兴基本计划》,分析日本这一计划的内容及主导理念,势必会对我国教育规划的成熟发展乃至更具成效地实施起到积极的促进作用。
Nowadays,it is the second round height at which our nation seeks for opinions about National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Project Summary from all classes of society.As a result,how to evaluate this programmatic document which will guide the direction of China＇s education in the next ten years becomes an unavoidably hot topic.Japan has just enacted a similar programmatic document in 2008,that is,Basic Plan for Invigorating Education.The analysis on the contents and leading ideas of that program is bound to play an effective role in the mature development of our national educational program and even promote its implementations in an effective way.
