出血性中风急性期辨证论治综合治疗方案的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Treatment of Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage with a Comprehensive Protocol including Treatment by Differentiating Syndromes

目的:观察综合治疗方案治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机对照试验的设计方法,将258例患者随机分为中医综合治疗组(治疗组)125例和西医综合治疗对照组(对照组)133例治疗,并观察相关指标。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后28d神经功能缺损评分和中医证候疗效均明显改善(P<0.05);两组患者临床综合疗效相当(P>0.05)。不良反应为非感染性腹泻。结论:中医辨证论治综合治疗方案能够提高脑出血患者的治愈率,最大限度的挽救患者;降低患者致残率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of a comprehensive protocol based on the Chinese medicine theory of treatment by differentiating syndromes in treating acute intracerebral hemorrhage（AICH）.Methods： A multi-center,random and control clinical trial was adopted with 258 patients with AICH,they were divided into the experiment group（125 cases）treated with Chinese medicine comprehensive protocol,and the control group（133 cases）treated with Western medicine comprehensive protocol,and AICH related indexes were assessed after treatment.Results： Compared with the control group,the neurological deficit score and Chinese medicine syndrome effect determined on the 28th day after treatment was ameliorated in the treat-ment group（P0.05）.Two groups had the consistent clinical efficacy（P0.05）.The adverse reaction was non-infectious diarrhea. Conclusion：The comprehensive protocol based on the Chinese medicine theory of treatment by differentiating syndromes used in this study may improve the cure rate and reduce disability in patients with AICH after 28 days＇treatment, so it is thought to be a safe and effective treatment program for hemiplegia.
