益母草不同提取方法的比较研究

Comparison of different extraction methods of Herba Leonuri

目的:通过对不同提取方法的比较,筛选出益母草最佳的提取方法。方法:采用煎煮法、回流提取法、超声法和超临界流体萃取法等方法对益母草进行提取,以益母草中总生物碱的提取率为指标,对各种提取方法进行比较研究。结果:以0.1%盐酸乙醇溶液为提取溶剂用回流提取法进行提取时,益母草总生物碱的提取率最高,远高于传统提取方法——水提法,同时该方法的得膏率较低,有利于下一步的精制。结论:可采用酸性乙醇回流提取法来替代传统的水提法对益母草进行提取。

Objective To sieving the best extraction method of Herba Leonuri by comparing the extraction efficiency of different methods. Methods Herba Leonuri were extracted by decoction, refluence, ultrasonic and supercritical fluid extraction and other methods, extraction rates of total alkaloid in Herba Leonuri were selected as an index of the comparative study of various extraction methods. Results The extraction rates of total alkaloid obtained by reflux extraction method with acidic ethanol was highest, far higher than the traditional extraction method-decoction method with water, furthermore the rate of paste in this method was lower, which are conducive to the next step of refining. Conclusion The reflux extraction method with acidic ethanol can be used to replace the traditional method to extract Herba Leonuri.
