摘要
创新已不再仅是驱动经济发展的要素或工具,而日益成为在国民经济中占有重要地位的创新经济部门。本文从经济运行视角对创新系统理论给予新的解释,提出创新经济体的概念,阐释了其内涵和结构,描绘了创新经济从生产、交换、消费、分配到知识再生产的"循环流转"体系及其组织运行机制,以期解析创新经济发展的内在规律。强调了建立创新经济内部循环体系的重要性,并指出了我国当前创新供需失衡的结构性问题。
Innovation is not only a driving factor or tool of economic development, but an increasingly important innovation economic sector in national economy. This paper gives a new explanation for innovation system theory from economic operation perspective, puts forward the concept of ＂innovation economy＂, illuminates its connotation and structure, and depicts the circular flow system of inno- vation economy from knowledge production, exchange, consumption, distribution to knowledge re-production and its operational mech- anism, This article highlights the importance of establishing internal circular system for innovation economy and indicates the prob- lems of unbalanced supply and demand in China innovation.
