摘要
文章基于组织知识的分类及分布指出,技术更新中所涉及的隐形知识整合活动需要合理的知识分布结构与组织权力结构,并引发组织变革。这一方面表现为:新技术开发导致企业组织结构向分权化转变,但如果企业核心刚性过大,分权受阻;另一方面则表现为:刚性程度的差异可以解释技术获得途径和绩效的差异。对奇瑞和联想公司在近年发展中的组织权力分配变化的分析,则进一步揭示在技术更新过程中组织变革对于技术创新的影响,以及中国企业在组织治理结构变革中所面临的挑战。
Based on the classification and distribution of organizational knowledge, reasonable structure of organization and knowledge distribution are needed to ensure the integration process of technology update and tacit knowledge absorption. Accompanied with new technology development, organization structure change to decentralization, while organizations with more core rigidity can change less in decentralization. Different absorption paths and performance can be explained by difference core rigidity. Cases of Chary Company and Lenovo Company show the importance of synergies of organizational reform and technological innovation, and the challenges faced by Chinese enterprises during the course of organization structure adjustment.
