摘要
在界定新能源产业发展能力、分析其关键影响因素的基础上,提出了新能源产业发展能力指标体系,建立了新能源产业发展能力综合评价层次分析模型,综合评价与分析了新能源产业发展能力,并根据综合评价结果,提出了进一步发展新能源产业、提升新能源发展能力的对策与建议。
How to assessment the developing capability of new energy industry（DCNEI） is an inevitable important issue in the process of new energy development. Based on defining the ＂DCNEI＂ and analyzing its key effecting factors, this paper puts forward the index system of the DCNEI, sets up the AHP model of comprehensive assessment on the DCNEI, and assesses the DCNEI. According to the comprehensive assessment resuhs, the paper proposes the countermeasures on the further developing of new energy industry and promoting its capability.
