摘要
专利资助是鼓励创新、提升科技水平的的有力措施。对于可获得资助的专利应符合何种标准在我国学界还未有专题研究。实践中,可获资助专利标准的设立通常等同于可专利性标准,然而通过两种标准对比研究发现,在对专利进行资助时不可将二者同一化。从提高资助资金使用效率,促进高新技术产业发展等方面考虑,制定出具体量化的可获资助专利标准必不可少。
Patents funding is a forceful measures to encourage innovation and upgrade technology. In present academic studies, the standards of what kinds of patents should be funded have no special research, and even the patentable standards are regarded as the funded standards in practice. After compared these two standards, it is found that we should make a difference between the two standards when we fund patents. For improving the efficiency of funds and promoting high-tech industry development, it is essential to work out a specific quantitative standards of funding patents.
