摘要
概述近年来美国、日本、欧盟及澳大利亚科技人力资源建设发展动态,探讨这些国家科技人才体制建设及政策发展的特点和一般趋势,指出我国应设立和完善与青年人才职业发展之需要相适应的资助和支持系统。
This paper overviews the recent development of S＆T human resources capability builded in US, Japan, EU, and Australia, discusses the features and general trends of S＆T human resources capability building and related policy development in these regions respectively, and points out that China should improve the funding and support systems to meet the needs of career development of young S＆T personnel.
