摘要
目的探讨脑动静脉畸形在彩色三维经颅多普勒上的表现与意义。方法搜集１９９２年７月至１９９８年６月３５００例病例中按栾国明的检查方法发现３８例颈内动脉系统血流速度异常者，诊断为脑动静脉畸形。结果３０例经血管造影证实。结论彩色三维经颅多普勒对脑动静脉畸形的诊断很有价值。
Purpose To evaluate the features and signifivance of cerebral arteriovenous malformation(AVM) on color three dimensional transcranial Doppler.Methods From July 1992 to June 1998,3500 cases were examined according to Luan Guoming's method.There were 38 Cases among them with blood speed abnormal,which were diagnosed as AVM.Results 30 cases were confirmed as AVM with angiography.Conclusion It is great value to the diagnosis of AVM with color three dimensional transcranial Doppler. [
