摘要
研究了稀土抛光粉固体废粉资源化利用及污染特性。结果表明,该废粉中主要含有稀土(wREO>80%)、硅、氟等元素;经与包头稀土精矿生产的稀土产品进行工艺比较,认为可利用该废粉生产稀土化合物。测试结果表明,废粉浸出毒性、腐蚀性符合国家标准要求,经实验确定该废粉不具备反应性及易燃性,不含有放射性物质。
Refuse utilization and pollution characteristics of the waste rare earth polishing powder were investigated in the paper. The results showed that the waste rare earth polishing powder contains rare earth(wREO〉80%), silicon, fluorine and other elements. Compared with the production process of rare earths from Baotou rare earth concentrate, the waste polishing powder was considered to be recycled to produce rare earth compounds. Extraction toxicity and corrosivity test results showed that the test data were far lower than the level required by national standards. The experiments had also shown that the wasted powder had not reactivity, ignitability and radioactivity.
