摘要
目的:分析和评价高仿真电脑模拟人(HPS)和急救模拟人(ECS)在我院青年急诊医师急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:使用美国医学教育科技公司(METI)生产的HPS和ECS对20名急诊青年医师进行心肺复苏、各种恶性心律失常和多发伤的处理模拟培训,并进行电脑评分。对参加培训的医生反馈问卷进行统计分析。结果:培训前学员人工呼吸、胸外按压和多发伤的平均分数分别为69.4±21.3、75.6±19.5和76.4±22.6,培训后分数分别为87.3±20.2、88.2±22.3和89.5±21.7,学员经培训后急救能力明显提高(<0.01)。100%急诊青年医师认为HPS和ECS在心肺复苏和危重病抢救教学中有非常大的作用。结论:HPS和ECS在急诊青年医师急救技能培训中可发挥巨大作用,它具有无风险、可重复性、可控性、可培养团队精神等优点。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the result that Human Patient Simulator(HPS) and Emergency Care Simulator(ECS) were used for training of first aid technical skills in young emergency doctors.Methods:20 young emergency doctors of my hospital were trained to use HPS and ECS of Medical Education Technology Incorporation,training content contain cardi-opulmonary resuscitation,malignant arrhythmia and multiple injury.then,the scores were gave by computer.The freeback questionnaire of trained young emergency doctors were added up.Result:The average score of artificial respiration,press chest outside and multiple injury were 69.4 ± 21.3,75.6 ± 19.5 and 76.4 ± 22.6 before training respectively,the scores were 87.3 ± 20.2,88.2 ± 22.3 and 89.5 ± 21.7 after training respectively;The first aid technical skills raised obviously(P 0.01).100% trained doctors thought that HPS and ECS were very important in training of first aid technical skills.Conclusions:HPS and ECS were very important in medical training of first aid technical skills in young emergency doctors,it has no risk,repeatability,controllability and training team spirit.
